violent crime increased 12% in Michigan from 2019 to 2020, the last full year
of Trump's term in the White House. There were 48,674 violent crimes in
Michigan in 2020, according to the numbers.

There were increase in crime in lots of states due to the pandemic debacle that
Trump caused. I'd be more interested in seeing what happened to crime rates from
2017 to the beginning of 2020.
