The GOP tells you what to do:

That won't last long.

The American Civil Liberties Union immediately announced it would sue to
block the law, saying it violates the constitutional separation of church and
state and a U.S. Supreme Court ruling.
[...]
Civil rights group ACLU and its Louisiana chapter along with Americans United
for Separation of Church and State and the Freedom from Religion Foundation
announced they would file a lawsuit to challenge the law that requires a
specific text of the Ten Commandments be prominently displayed in all
classrooms.

They will win, and the religious bullshit will not be displayed. This is good.

In light of the Bremerton decision a couple years ago which got rid of
the Lemon test, this one could go either way. I have little doubt of how
Gorsuch, Thomas and Alito will vote (upholding the display) or Jackson,
Sotomayor and Kagan (striking down the display). I don't how Roberts,
Barrett and Kavanaugh will vote.

It amazes me how "fiscal conservative"
states can enact laws that are GUARANTEED
to get them hauled into federal court
costing the state millions of dollars to
defend.

Dollars that will not be used to fix
potholes or feed children or buy new
textbooks or hire more teachers.

Even Republican governor Jan Brewer of
Arizona vetoed an anti-trans bathroom bill
because the predictable lawsuits were more
trouble than it was worth.
