Both France and Germany - the EU biggies - have
imploding governments. It's paralysis, almost
nothing can get done. The press likes to blame
the 'far right' but the 'far left' actually seems
to be cooperating in this disruptive push.

Not much money anymore, lots of social strife and
fragmentation, over-burdened 'socialism', less and
less hope for a future, too much foreign element ...
something BAD is on the verge of happening to the EU.

As said, in the end, Vlad won't HAVE to "invade" ...
